How to publish your novels in pixiv.

Some writers wanted nice images in their novels.
There are so many artists in pixiv, and some pixiv
artists want to get nice story to their works.

So I suggest you to post your fiction to pixiv and
ask artist to marge your novel with their arts.

But no work in pixiv, it is hard to propose cooperation.
No artist want to cooperate with no work writers.

This blog is written for who want to publish novel in pixiv.

Assumptions:
You have already got pixiv account: see this blog entry
You have already set your profile and others : see this blog entry

Recommended:
You have put some artists in your favorite: see this blog entry


1: go to submit novel page
open pixiv top page and login.
pixiv top page

Select "Submit"


Select "Submit novel"


2: input your novel's information
Input title and description and select novel cover


Set tags and other information

Tags : at least 1 tag in needed. And "R-18" or "R-18G" tag is needed.(*1)
Lock tag : allow other user to add tag or not(recommended: not set)
Display restriction: you must select one(R-18 is so so)(*1)
Display level: "Public" if you want to publish.
Image response link : configure : if you want to make your novel some artist's work's relation, set this.
Image response link : Auto.... : check it(auto image present approve)
Artwork Survey : if want ,questionnaire can be set.
Series : series name can be set here.

*1 : You must set R-18 or R-18G BOTH "Tags" AND "Display restriction".

And go next ("次へ") to input your novel.

3: input your novel
input your novel here, and set some page setting and links


about page/chapter and link(see image)


4: How to change your novel/information of novel

go top of pixiv page and click "Manage"


select "novel" to manage novel you wrote.


select novel or novel information you posted.


and then you can get same page as post novel/set novel information.


5: Some trivia
Too long story in one page will be ignored, set new-page and chapter name.

Only one image in each page, so sometimes you must divide into pages.

It is better to add some favorite artists in your "favorite".

In using artist's works, permission of the artist is needed.
You can ask artist to give permission via message or comment to works.
